How can I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment online through the online booking button in the navigation bar. This is the fastest and easiest way to see our available treatments, prices and time slots.
Can I contact you through Instagram or TikTok?
For all bookings, changes and questions, please contact us by WhatsApp or email. We do not handle appointments or customer service through Instagram or TikTok DM’s.
How quickly do you reply?
Our customer service hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:30 to 16:00. We usually reply within 48 to 72 hours.
I am not sure what treatment to book. Can you help me?
Yes, of course. You can take our short nail quiz to find the treatment that fits your nails, lifestyle and schedule. You can also send us a clear photo of your nails by WhatsApp, so we can advise you.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your treatment. Polish Club members have more flexibility and can reschedule or cancel up to 6 hours before their appointment.
