With our loyalty program, you earn points when you visit us, make purchases or leave a review.
You can use your points for discounts, nail art and selected Polish treats.
Unused points expire 12 months after they are earned.
Ways to earn points:

Ways to spend points:
500 points - €5 discount
1000 points - €10 reward
1500 points - Nail art level 1 full set
1600 points - Cuticle Oil 30 ml
Subscription payments and Membership Credit do not earn points. Rewards cannot be applied to any amount paid with Membership Credit. For example, on a €110 treatment paid with €90 Membership Credit, only the additional €20 earns 20 points. The value of a free reward does not earn points.
Only one financial reward, discount or offer can be used per transaction unless Polish Nail Bar explicitly states otherwise. Non-financial Membership benefits remain valid.

What is the difference between Polish Club and Membership?
Polish Club gives you access to extra benefits such as extended guarantee, priority support, monthly perks and booking access up to 1 year ahead. Membership includes all Polish Club benefits, plus €90 Polish Credit every month, priority support, member perks, gifts and special moments throughout the year.
Can I use my Membership Credit on any treatment?
Yes. Your monthly Polish Credit can be used on any salon treatment at Polish Nail Bar. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used for retail products or merchandise. No loyalty points are earned on the amount paid with Membership Credit. Financial rewards, discounts or offers cannot be combined with Membership Credit unless Polish Nail Bar explicitly states otherwise.
Does unused Membership credit roll over?
Unused credit can be saved during your active Membership. Please note that unused credit will not be paid out and expires when the Membership ends.
What is the difference between Membership and Packages?
Membership is best if you want flexibility and monthly treatment credit that can be used on different treatments. Packages are best if you return for the same treatment regularly and want the highest savings.
How does the loyalty program work?
You earn 1 point for every €1 you pay and 100 points for leaving a review. The former 500-point bonus after 10 appointments no longer applies. Rewards are: 500 points = €5, 1000 points = €10, 1500 points = Nail Art Level 1 Full Set, and 1600 points = Cuticle Oil 30 ml. Subscription payments and Membership Credit do not earn points. No points are earned on the part of a treatment paid with Membership Credit.
Can I combine Membership Credit, packages, loyalty rewards or discounts?
