Deposits and why?
At Polish Nail Bar Amsterdam, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest-quality nail care services in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. As part of our commitment to excellence, we require a deposit for all of our services.
WHY DEPOSIT?
There are several reasons why we require a deposit. First, a deposit helps us to ensure that our customers are committed to their appointments and will not cancel or fail to show up without notice. This allows us to schedule our staff and resources more efficiently and helps to avoid last-minute cancellations or no-shows, which can result in lost revenue.Second, a deposit can help us to cover the cost of any materials or supplies that are needed for the service. This allows us to provide the highest-quality services to our customers and ensures that we have everything we need to provide the best possible experience.Third, requiring a deposit can also protect our customers. By requiring a deposit, we can guarantee that our customers will receive the services they have paid for, and that they will not be charged for any additional services that they did not request.We understand that a deposit may be an inconvenience for some of our customers. However, we believe that the benefits of requiring a deposit far outweigh any potential drawbacks. By requiring a deposit, we can ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and that our salon is able to operate efficiently and effectively. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding.
How do i cancel my appointment
Individual Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a future date, we ask that you contact us by 6PM the evening before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment by clicking on the link in your confirmation email. If you don't cancel within that time frame, you will be charged 50 percent of your appointment. All same day bookings are subject to a late cancellation fee of 50 percent of the appointment. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service, plus 20 percent gratuity.
Please note: If you arrive at your appointment with gel polish on your nails and you did NOT book a removal, we cannot guarantee service and will have to cancel your appointment and charge you 50 percent of your previously booked service as it would be considered a late cancellation.
Group Cancellations:
For parties of three or more, or for any size luxe mani date, simply let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or change your plans. Groups of three or more who cancel without notice or failure to show will be charged the full price of services originally scheduled, plus 20 percent gratuity.
What happens if I am late for
my appointment?
We want to make sure everyone’s appointments start on time. If you are more than five minutes late for your appointment, we will fit you in as best we can, but may not be able to complete the full service. Please text us at +
