Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, use the linkin the email send by us. Did you not got the email? Call, whatsapp (+31628344314) or email: info@polishnailbar.nl
If you are no longer able to make your appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Our cancellation policy is as following:
・You can cancel 12 hours before your appointment. We will not charge you.
・Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours will be fully charged.
・Appointments can be rescheduled within 6 hours.
If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment. Thank you for supporting us by respecting our policy.
Group Cancellations
For parties of three or more, simply let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or change your plans. Groups of three or more who cancel without notice or fail to show will be charged the full price of services originally scheduled.
